Inspiration
The inspiration was the thread itself. This same thread is used by i-mesh to create breezy sails; in the creative process. The work with its two dimensional character to create a three dimensional nature of a shape. The dialogue between a straight line, machine consistency and randomancy stimulated me to let the thread guide.
My design was inspired by the mountains topography and the sea (waves) pattern.
